Rowan Smith was amazing to work with to get our mortage. He is so knowledgeable, and meticulous. We did it all thru email and over the phone because we dont live in Vancouver. We were nervous due to it being our first mortage but he made us feel like we were in the drivers seat the whole time. He walked us thru so many details.
