Rowan has been in banking and brokering for 21 years, and an independent broker for 11 years. I co-own City Wide Mortgage Services with my 3 business partners.

In addition to straight forward home purchases, I specialize in more complex transactions such as construction, private lending, commercial, and debt restructuring while in foreclosure.

I started brokering in 2006 at the peak of the market and learned how to do more complicated transactions as other brokers and banks didn’t want to do the legwork that such deals required. That experience, coupled with my post-secondary and accounting knowledge as well as past banking experience, make me ideally positioned to advise clients on their best financing option.

My business focuses on getting my clients the best rate, terms, and product that suits their unique financial position. As an independent broker, I have access to far more lenders than the average client is even aware of. I can ensure that whatever lender we place your mortgage with, the strategy we set up for you is optimal for the long term, not the short term.

I live in Langley with my girlfriend, two dogs, and a cat. In addition to financing, my interests include classic muscle cars, woodworking, and plunking away on my guitar.
